Add large membership number to article PDF #153

as an option. This is helpful for setting up crates for those who use the article PDF as a label.

With #152 we don't really know the member number seperately anymore (though we could make a Vokomokum hack). The simplest option then would be to just print "1234 Admin Administrator" in large font on top.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
