Group pdf: order number close to amount #165

Suggestion from a fresh member: "the columns of the printed list - it is easier if the ordered amount column would be after the member's number. When we look at the list we only care about the member's number (NOT the name) and how much to distribute (0.5kg or 1kg, etc). I always scan with my eyes and go back and forth looking at the list and this just wastes time. So Order of columns in printed list - Member's number and amount ordered next to each other (does not matter much if first or last columns)"

We could put the amount as the first number on the line? Now that member numbers are becoming part of the ordergroup name, there is hardly another choice (unless we make a Vokomokum-specific hack).

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
