Print list of ordergroups who ordered #182

Some groups distribute articles over crates, one for each ordergroup. Lists may need to be printed after distribution, but it would still be useful to know which ordergroups ordered to label crates.

Hence the feature request: print a list of ordergroups who ordered (large id, name below). PDF. Both for an order, as well as for current_orders.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
