Clarify "closed since" with open orders #183

If one order is closed, but another order is open, the ordering title mentions that the order was already closed. This is confusing for people who still want to order from any open orders.

Suggestion: use last-close date for message. Or follow foodsoft-shop's approach.

The focus of this fork has become getting relevant functionality upstream. If you need this feature, please open an issue with upstream foodsoft.
