create orderlist of all ordercycles a member has/is participated in with orderstatus

available from dashboard in My orders besides "current orders",

a order from user perspective is a ordercycle of e.g. a week every order is identified by (a week number?)

order statuses are:

1. open (order period)
2. underway (order send to supplier, pickup date/time is not yet arrived
3. not paid (if by mistake the order has not been paid on pickup; payment on pickup is standard)
4. paid

every order has a icon to see details of that order

• total list of purchases in that order
• transactions (amount, payment method)
