export order to spreadsheet #95

Some suppliers would like to receive a spreadsheet for ordering. This could be added to the menu with the various PDF downloads.

There is also a request for downloading group+(article+)matrix pdf as spreadsheet - for when some changes need to be made quickly.

fax spreadsheet will be tackled by foodcoops/foodsoft#270

This is integrated here. Please reopen this ticket if you consider downloading other pdfs as a spreadsheet important.
