documentation for multi tenancy is out of date #1046

The documentation for Multi tenancy is out of date. Sometimes the commands are working sometimes not at all, sometimes partially.

This should be cleaned up I think, maybe we should even make multi tenancy the complete default way, than we could just concentrate on that path (I think this is anyways the path which is assumed for production)
