User should be able to transfer money from own account to the account of another person #346

Reason: Bob does not use bank money transfer to increase his foodsoft credit, instead he does it this way: Alice has 100€ credit in the foodsoft, Bob has 0€. Bob meets Anton. He gives her 20€. Alice then transfers 20€ from her foodsoft account to Bob's account. Now Alice has 80€ credit and Bob has 20€.

Suggestion: New menu entry "Send money" opens following form: Receiving ordergroup: (Textfield with ordergroup autocomplete) Amount: (Textfield allowing only numbers) (Button with "Send!")

Thanks for your suggestion, nice idea! Please feel free to submit a pull request. In any case, this is useful to have an initial design idea for this.
