Possibility of adding files to supplier

Usually providers give us a PDF or other files where we can find the articles. We can then add the articles to the foodsoft database. It would be nice to have this original documents available for users, as sometimes we don't add all the articles available to the producer, only adding according to what the group wants to order from the provider.

you can use the documents feature for that (which must be enabled first)

I cannot seem to be able to add documents to a specific provider though. Is that possible?

You cannot add documents to a specific supplier. One problem in adding documents to specific suppliers would be the user interface for that: ATM there is no list of all suppliers (for ALL members). You can use folders (for each supplier) at documents if you need more structure.

OK, I would like to see the documents on the supplier page itself, and upload more documents from there. I think the documents for a supplier should be seen by the same users that see the supplier. So I will leave this ticket :)
