disableEndGateways does not work correctly on 1.21 #3

Bug description

disableEndGateways acts as if it is disabled even when enabled.

Steps to reproduce

Open any world in 1.21
disable end gateways with the disableEndGateways feature
Try to enter a gate way

Expected behavior

When trying to enter the gateway, nothing should happen.

Actual behavior

You go through the gateway, even with them disabled
