Add InitialProfile avatar and image import #18

Import buttons of importInitialProfilePicture and importInitialProfileIcon have been added, and multilingual translation has been added. So that the Initial picture and avatar of the plug-in can also be imported.

Given that the initial pictures aren't changed by the game, I won't be accepting this change.
