Preview data is formatted as follows:

An array of uint16_t
If a value does not have bit 0x20 set: It is a single RGB565 pixel
Else: The next uint16_t is 0x3000 + how often that pixel is repeated (not including the initial value)

0x0200, 0x0021, 0x3002 would decode as 0x0200, 0x0001, 0x0001, 0x0001
