Ship dump_resolutions so user can inquire all other resolutions, also resolutions on a not-yet-ported-to device; put configs files under device's codename folder dir, which won't have spaces in its name

Too many resolutions. Pick 2-3 aspect ratios and have 2-3 resolutions per aspect ratio. More than that is an overkill really and I highly doubt anyone uses more than that with such a simple camera app.

As for videos, you can put up to 4 resolutions

Removed hammerhead/resolutions.ini - approach is pending rework
