@cheungvong thanks for the report. Could you please check and include the selftest output from System > Configuration > Fooman > Support
Also any other extensions installed that alter emailing behaviour? Any error messages in the logs?
@fooman doesn't look like I have that option in my Magento admin. I am using SMTP pro to send emails and do have some errors in the log file. Can I email the errors to you?

As per our email conversation the issue went away after disabling and re-enabling it again. If the issue re-occurs feel free to reopen this issue. Please do check if any of the scheduled emails in your database core_email_queue look different to the others.
The new order emails are not sending because of the plugin. Once I disable the module, the order emails go through again. It would be awesome if this could be fixed.
