Class 'Mage_Sales_Model_Order_Pdf_Invoice' not found #9

When printing an order in the backend the following error occurs (apache error log file): Class 'Mage_Sales_Model_Order_Pdf_Invoice' not found in app/code/community/Fooman/EmailAttachments/Model/Order/Pdf/Order.php on line 15 Magento CE 1.9.1.0

It seems this is a FreeBSD - Apache24 - PHP error. Everytime I try to print the order i get a uid 80: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)

So ignore it for now, please.
