Second Profile support for Universal #27

Any chance of adding an enable/disable option to the classic analytics in case people don't want to run the classic and universal code at the same time?

second profile for Universal is implemented in v0.15.1

@mengqing if you don't enter anything into the Google Analytics > Account number field and set it to disabled you should be able to just use the Universal part.
