Pagebuilder Content Types: add resolver #2

Hello, since there are some components ported from the Pagebuilder, as per the PWA Studio docs, this PR introduces new paths that let the user override folders containing these components, too (e.g. @magento/pagebuilder/lib/ContentTypes/Tabs).

Thanks for the pull request and apologies for the delayed response. I have just pushed new version which should solve this one but also make it more flexible for any other packages that may require overriding on a per project basis. Please test out rc2 and let me know how it goes.
