In order to organize our efforts as an open source community project, and make 3DMMForever and 3DMMPlus a reality, we need a well-defined common set of goals to shoot for.
In addition to reformatting the readme file to describe 3DMMForever and some of the context behind it, I am proposing a set of these goals for both 3DMMForever and 3DMMPlus.
Separately, I'm working on a set of milestones based on these goals that will lay out the larger stepping stones needed to reach these goals over time.
