VS 2022 Support - Githubissues

WIP

Merging changes from @clemenswasser to enable compiling with VS 2022 on Windows 10+
Also some other changes required to get a fully functioning executable
- Special thanks to @bjrkk for helping with STUB.C and some other issues
Added debug console when DEBUG is set
Allows debugging from inside the Visual Studio IDE.
- Contribution from @Jayrod246

Current Issues:

[ ] LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'LIBC.lib'
- This is suddenly out of the blue. Might be an issue with my environment

Does this rely on 2022 directly, or would it also work with VS 2019?
