Add Magic Knights Rayearth (GB) #21

The original is in Japanese, but there's a partial translation patch. There's lots of portraits in the game, but I'm not sure how to extract them, other than manually playing through and taking lots of screenshots.

Well, fear not, because there's a newly-revised translation patch (which was released this year) that fully translates the game, thus making it playable. I'm pretty sure you like it, but be sure to tip Supper and the rest of LIPEMCO! Translations for making this patch!
