Shift-right click works and allows to open the context menu and launch the addon. At least, in Firefox.

But in this particular case the image is not saved and the error message appears, suggesting to report a problem.

Thanks for the detailed report.

The extension remembers the point at which you right-clicked before the context menu item was selected. The cause of the problem is that this would not work with shift+right-clicking.

I have an idea to solve this problem, but it would be a major feature addition and would take time.

However, "View background image" still errors out.
