Does not appear in the bar, even toggling to see it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Toggle Hackbar to have it on the bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Having it in the sidebar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The last one, Win Xp Pro

Hackbar is not intend to be used as a sidebar, sorry.
