Bower #356

Can you add a bower.json and have this project added to Bower?

Hi,

I'm not 100% sure on how to setup the bower package for V3. There are basically 2 packages that would need to be created, one for Bootstrap and one for the stand alone version. If you can supply the bower.json or point me in the right direction I'll happily include it in the repo. All the required files for each version are found in the compiled/ folder. The easiest way to see which files belong to each version is to look in the release/ folder at the .ZIP files with "latest" in the title.
