Clarification on license #770

I am trying to use this footable component in my company internal employee listing application . this webapp is used in intranet , I am using this table in my inranet applicaton . do I need to buy the license ?

If you need to include FooTable within a commercial product you will need to purchase one of our commercial licenses. [...] Releasing your project that uses FooTable under the GPLv3, in turn, requires your project to be licensed under the GPLv3. If you are okay with this, feel free to use FooTable under the GPLv3, without purchasing a commercial license.
