All icons including search and sorting are missing #813

Hi I used footable with Bootstrap 3. Works great. I tried not to change the Bootstrap 4 and experiencing the following issues: fooicon, fooicon search and up and down sort icons are not showing. Also the paging at the button is not showing correctly. Any suggestions? Thanks

Having the same problem as well; the search icon shows up as a weird square, not a magnifying glass like it should . up and down sort icons also showing as square; it's like the icons are missing or something. +1 to this issue
