Taunts repeating #9

Occasionally, a taunt is played twice in a row.

This should be changed so that a taunt can't be played twice.

Potential solution is to have taunts play on a cycle instead of randomised.

A queue would be good, then I can prepare my Swiggity Swoggity for the perfect moment.

We could also number them, like 1 = Swiggity, 2 = Taze me...

But I feel like we should reserve numbers for choosing game modes when hosting.
