Add thickness to case .step files to make them compatible with LaserBoost #228

When uploading the STEP files to Laserboost (Online Laser Cutting Business for metal parts) to get a case manufactured, the site complains that the Step files lack thickness information to allow for the quote to render properly.

Is this something that could be added to the existing files to simplify manufacturing for those of us without CAD experience :)

Perhaps 1mm as a default?

Yeah. Ignore me.

I misunderstood how Laserboost works - it isn't for this use case. It's dealing with flat objects, not 3d objects.

(as an aside, the svgs for plates work fine)
