What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an mzid file with PeptideHypothesis elements, for which the identified
peptides occur in multiple charge states or in multiple modification forms.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The number of distinct peptide sequences, regardless of modification or charge
state(s). PeptideEvidence elements capture modification and charge state, so it
is not enough to count PeptideHypothesis elements. (ProeoIDViewer:711 and
multiple other places).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3. Windows.
