Score value for protein group table is for last protein of the group... #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load an mzid file with protein amibiguity groups with multiple 
ProteinHypothesis elements with an 'score' cvParam with different values.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the value under the Score column of the Protein Group table to reflect 
either the anchor or the first protein of the group. However, the value 
currently represents the last protein of the group with a score cvParam.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.3. Windows.
