Only one modification, per peptide, is shown #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load an mzid file with more then modification per peptide

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only one modification shows in Modification column under Peptide-Spectrum match 
pane in the Spectrum Summary tab. The Name column in the Peptide-Spectrum 
matches pane of the Protein View also has this issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.3. Windows.
