Env: web. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create trip as traveler. Enable all services. Submit it. 1
  2. Open it as a manager. 2 Actual result: Manager don't see block others. Also price is lower. Expected result: Manager see all enabled services by traveler and the same price.
