Can't see an error message #21

Summary: can't see a error message in process of expense report sumbitting. Environment: web. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as traveler. Create trip with any information. Sumbit. Logout.
  2. Login as manager. Accept this trip. Logout.
  3. Login as taveler. Click "Trips" -> click trip you have created .
  4. Click "..." -> "Submit expence report" -> "ok" dont see a message Actual result: System shows the message that traveler can't see. Expected result: System shows the message that user can see.
