Wrong calculation inside local expense. #80

Summary: Wrong calculations in assigned local expense. Env: IOS. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as manager.
  2. Create trip.
  3. Enter to this trip.
  4. Swipe left (create loc exp for this trip)
  5. Fill all required fields. Click button "Save".
  6. Enter into local expense. screen shot 2016-09-28 at 2 46 42 pm

    Actual result: system shows double total price under picture. Expected result: system shows simple total price.
