Summary: Local expense unassign from a trip with mistake. Env: IOS. Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as manager.
2. Create trip.
3. Create local expense from Local Expenses. Assign it to this trip. Save.
4. Go to the trip. Enter into local expense.
5. Assign this local expense to Local expenses.

   Actual result: 1. System navigates to Local Expenses page. Appropriate local expense appears in the list only after page refreshing. 2. Appropriate trip remains with wrong calculation. Expected result: 1. There is appropriate loc exp in the list right away after navigating to this page.

6. Appropriate trip remains without subtraction.
