Local expense. Layout is gone. #94

Summary: Problems with layout during local expense creating. Env: IOS. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as traveler.
  2. Go to Local Expense.
  3. Start to create Loc exp. Add photo. Assign to trip.
  4. Put cursor in "Merchant" text field.
  5. Swipe down. Swipe up. 3 2 1

Actual result: Buttons move during swiping. Expected result: Buttons stay in the same place during swiping.
