Disable auto-expand in "Documents & Annotations" list

After every login (and every time after editing the name of a document or an annotation collection), the list is entirely expanded, displaying every annotation collection. This is confusing for large projects. It would be better to have the list unexpanded by default (except maybe after editing the name of an annotation collection, in which case all annotation collections for the relevant document could be expanded).

I would prefer to leave it unexpanded, too. I think I added the expansion to help unexperienced users to find their collections. I could, by default, expand the first document that has an collection to clarify that there is something to expand and then only the documents of which collections have changed.

I personally would prefer leaving it entirely unexpanded, but the solution with the expansion of the first document might be a good compromise.
