Intuitive design: clearer separation between "Tagsets" section and "Selected annotations" in Annotate #214

It's not intuitive that the rubber icon that sits between both areas is used to clear the selected annotations list: The thick gray line looks like it's the upper border of the "Selected annotations" area.
