Creating new projects with names containing multiple consecutive special characters fails #316

Caused by an unannounced breaking change in the GitLab API. The path parameter to the /projects endpoint has had the following note added in the docs: "Starting with GitLab 14.9, path must not start or end with a special character and must not contain consecutive special characters."

Exception: org.gitlab4j.api.GitLabApiException: The following fields have validation errors: path
