When I select text in the Annotate pane and then tag it by double-clicking in the list of tags in the right-hand pane, occasionally three instances of the same tag are created. I am unfortunately unable to reproduce this, but I have seen it happen over 10 times. Two different computers, both running Windows 10 and using Firefox. Usually, double-clicking as well as single-clicking adds the tag to the selected text normally; in a few, apparently random cases, three tag instances are created. The expected behaviour is for double-clicking to just apply the tag normally, as single-clicking does. Alternatively, double-clicking could have no effect whatsoever, forcing the user always to single-click.
