422 Error on Review #3

If a book is already on the user's shelf, attempting to review the book may 
result in a 422 error.  This can happen if the user attempts to review the book 
from a search or from another user's shelf.

Current work-around is to view the book from the user's own shelf and then 
perform the review (which will submit an update rather than a create).
