Exit should allow int argument #100

The C function exit should have a single INT argument.
This INT value should be the return code of picoc process.
Currently it's not possible to return program status in shell scripts, etc.

This was a deliberate design decision to keep things simple in the current 
system so I'll regard it as an "enhancement" for now and add it to the feature 
request list.

This was much easier than expected. Fixed in revision 478.
