Github migration

Hello,

I have found several forks of picoc. Some on github without svn history, some 
on bitbucket using mercurial, etc
Most exotic are: picoc in spanish and picoc written in javascript.

I would really like to see an official github mirror of this project.
If that happens I would also suggest to give up the svn repo as it is difficult 
to maintain both of them.

Zik already has a github account, so I guess that would be the right place to 
create picoc mirror: https://github.com/zsaleeba?tab=repositories

Thanks, I have successfuly tested svn history import into bitbucket using these 
commands:

>git svn clone http://picoc.googlecode.com/svn -s
>cd svn
>git remote add origin https://github.com/zsaleeba/picoc.git
>git push origin master
