Enhancement #ifdef - #ifndef - #endif #70

Would it be possible to include #ifdef, #ifndef and #endif into the system?

This way one could use the same code (files) for interpreting and compiling.

What version of the product are you using? Latest version downloaded today.
On what operating system? Linux, avr32 (linux GCC) Windows.

This feature addition has been killed.
This will be done in miniC instead so we can keep picoC small.
