For now I can save something like this (but I think the country names are not very unified...)... also this is for all variables in ForC_simplifed, not just the focus one. I can work on it tomorrow if needed.

For the Data coverage section, @CookPatton suggests:
Can you give something to the effect of 60% of the data came from 10 countries or whatever it is. This would then set up the discussion about need for focused data collection in areas where data are missing.
"Locations with more sparse data coverage include XXXX."
We probably don't have time to address this now, but I'm flagging for potential inclusion upon revision.
