modify plot names #11

@ValentineHerr, for GROA plot names, we'll need to do the same sort of thing as we did with SRDB. For regrowth stands for which we can calculate the stand age, append to the plot name "established around YEAR."

Ok I added that for records that had "regrowth" in their plot name (refor.type "SNR", "ANR" or "ITP") + had a date of measurement + had a stand age.
