Problem with last changes of non_soil_data.csv #12

Closed ValentineHerr closed 6 years ago

@teixeirak and @CookPatton, I see that both of you edited non_soil_data.csv 11 days ago but something unexpected must have happened because the file is now almost empty (only 13 records left).

CookPatton commented 6 years ago

@ValentineHerr I'm not sure what happened there but I owe you revised data anyway (summed from max_depth to the surface). I'll do that ASAP today.

CookPatton commented 6 years ago

@ValentineHerr I added the soil - now called "soiltosurface.csv" and I pushed the non-soil data plus corrected litter and CWD data too. Let me know if you are missing variables or if there are other issues.

@CookPatton , Thanks for working on this!

The following columns previously existed in non_soil_data.csv and are now missing in nonsoil_litter_CWD.csv. Some are not relevant to ForC or I could retrieve them from the site or literature tables but others like the ones in bold are important and if you could put them back in there that would be great.

The same variables are missing from in soiltosurface.csv, as well as the following one (which were previously in soil.csv - but they might not be relevant anymore ?) :

Thanks!

@ValentineHerr Thank YOU for working on this! The soil variables don't matter because I have given you max_depth and bulk_density as separate columns.

For the other data, do you have all variables you need now? I just tried to re-upload but it may not have worked. If it doesn't, perhaps you can delete the old file and I can put up the latest one. (I don't appear to have delete options on my end).
