@CookPatton, I'm wondering what this file is. It looks like you made it?

I think it would be better to put it in GROA-ForC_integration.

@teixeirak - I would delete that. At various points I compared the papers within GROA to the papers in ForCdb, and the papers that we sent to Suarez et al. That file doesn't look comprehensive.

I moved it to GROA-ForC_integration, as my initial instinct is that it probably contains some useful info, even if not comprehensive. But let me know if its better to just delete.

@teixeirak - its incomplete so could be confusing down the road, but if you think worth preserving what information it does provide then that's fine with me
