@CookPatton ,

It looks like soil.csv and soiltosurface.csv are duplicates (but at different developmental stages). Which is the one we want?

@teixeirak - if I am remembering correctly, we generated the soiltosurface.csv to be consistent with ForCdb. I think I would rather show the soil.csv data in the GROA repository, if that's an option, because there is more information embedded in where the soil occurs within the profile. But if that messes up integration into ForCdb, I can be dissuaded.

Okay, I moved the file here. This can be changed if needed, but I'll close the issue for now.
