@teixeirak,

[ ] for allometry#_ shouldn't "NAC" be entered only if there is supposed to be an allometry associated with the record? maybe it is the case for all variables but I am just checking here if NA is not more relevant for some records.
[ ] required.citations is not mapped in the document. What should I enter there? same as in SITES loaded.from = "[Cook-Patton database citation, in ForC format]" ? We are still waiting on that to be actually published, right?

1- Yes, although I want to revisit how we handle allometries. 2- Yes.

Ok, I'll wait on the allometry instructions then.

For now, I pushed the the current stage of GROA data transformed into ForC format in the new_data folder. I believe I am up to date with the current variable mapping.

Upon review, it won't be easy to code anything. Let's leave it as is (going into the notes as "Biomass allometries: [value]").
