get all citations working

[x] No idea why, but when I try to add sullivan_long-term_2020 to library.bib, it crashes.
[x] We're also missing r_core_team_r:_2018
[x] the "nocite" in the header isn't working, although currently there are no refs in the table not cited in the text
[x] inappropriate space in "DeLucia"
[x] Millennial Ecosystem Assesment

If we can't get this working, we'll need to write in the reference in the text, and it will just be missing in the citation list.

@beckybanbury , I figured out how to make this work (*with one caveat). I won't push now to avoid a conflicted copy.

Sullivan citation now works, as does the nocite.

Header should be updated as follows:

output: pdf_document: fig_caption: yes *bibliography: library.bib csl: global-change-biology.csl

*The one Caveat is that its no longer reading R citations in packages.bib, and needs to go into library.bib.
